By this time, we assume you are already aware of the decision of the CHI conference to not take place in-person, nor in a virtual format given the current situation regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.

While it was hard for us, we decided to follow the decision of the main conference to not host the workshop virtually. We think that the nature of our workshop and timezone offsets of the accepted participants make it actually hard to interact virtually in a constructive manner. However we are planning further to hopefully meet you all in person at another venue in the near future. Therefore we plan to resubmit the workshop proposal at a future suitable conference ideally as an in-person event. We welcome you to re-submit your position paper to the next edition of the EPO4VR workshop.
